Kromann Reumert assists Altor/QNTM Group in connection with the acquisition of Hesehus A/S
Hesehus will form part of the QNTM Group, a newly established Altor-owned group which is part of Altor's strategy in forming one of Europe's strongest platforms for digital companies and investments, supporting and developing digital solutions for private and public organisations. Hesehus is the first acquisition by the QNTM Group.
Hesehus is a leading Danish e-commerce platform and solutions provider based in Odense, Denmark. Hesehus works with a large number of clients across industries.
