Three new partners in Kromann Reumert

Managing Partner Anders Stubbe Arndal on the decision to appoint Christel, Jacob and Andreas as partners in Kromann Reumert:

They are immensely accomplished professionally and have, all of them, an ability to look beyond legal content and truly grasp the client’s business. They all started out with us – Kromann Reumert is in their blood, so to speak, and they are potent assets in the development of our younger lawyers. With the addition of the three of them into our group of partners, we are set to tackle 2021 with added strength," says Anders.

Christel Teglers is 37 years of age and joined Kromann Reumert as an assistant attorney in 2010. She advises businesses and authorities on, especially, IT contracts and infrastructure, outsourcing, and cyber security. Christel has co-authored several cyber security guidelines and recommendations for corporate executives and regularly lectures on subjects of risk-based security management – both in contracts and at management level.

Jacob Ølgaard is 38 years of age and joined Kromann Reumert in 2008. He specialises in company and foundation law and has many years’ experience advising commercial and non-commercial foundations on all aspects of foundation law. Jacob also advises on Danish and international mergers and acquisitions, transactions and contracts.

Andreas Boe Laulund is 39 years of age and joined Kromann Reumert as an assistant attorney in 2009. He works with insolvency law, including restructurings and bankruptcies, and advises both Danish and international clients. Andreas also works with litigation and arbitration and was admitted to the Danish High Courts in 2016. He is scheduled for admission to the Supreme Court in 2021.
