Kromann Reumert assists in the sale of Wind Estate
Kromann Reumert has assisted the sellers - ultimately Erik Abraham and Jens Petri Petersen - throughout the entire process of their sale of 95% of the shares in Wind Estate A/S to iCON Infrastructure Partners.
Headquartered in Randers, Wind Estate A/S is one of Denmark's leading wind energy producers with a portfolio of approx. 400 wind turbines and multiple major development projects. The company's activities cover all aspects of the value chain, e.g. project development, operation, maintenance, monitoring, energy trading and purchase of existing wind projects.
iCON Infrastructure is a UK based fund focusing on investments in infrastructure within water, transportation, energy generation, distribution and storage.
