Kromann Reumert advises Procuritas on its divestment of Sofacompany
Kromann Reumert has advised the private equity fund Procuritas in connection with the sale of Sofacompany to Lars Larsen Group, owner of Danish furniture brands such as JYSK, ILVA and Bolia.
Sofacompany was founded as Sofakompagniet in 2012 by husband-and-wife Christian and Cathrine Rudolph. Sofacompany is based in Denmark and sells Danish-design furniture in Europe, the United States and Asia.
Sofacompany was acquired by Procuritas in 2017 from the founders Cathrine and Christian and has since then worked closely with the management to transform and grow Sofacompany, resulting in the doubling of its revenue and a tripling of its EBITDA.
