Kromann Reumert assists Novo Holdings on its acquisition of BBI Group
Tuesday Novo Holdings A/S announced the purchase of the majority of the shares in BBI Group. Kromann Reumert acted as lead counsel to Novo Holdings A/S.
Kromann Reumert has assisted long-standing client Novo Holdings A/S in its purchase of the majority of shares in BBI Group for an enterprise value of more than GBP 400,000,000 (approx. DKK 3.5 bn) acting as lead counsel.
BBI Group is a leading supplier of products and services to the global diagnostics and life sciences industries. BBI Group is headquartered in South Wales employing over 400 employees across its sites in seven countries and four continents.
Novo Holdings A/S was also advised by Latham & Watkins and Linklaters.
The deal is another highlight for Kromann Reumert's outbound legal practice specialized in advising Danish-based clients on international acquisitions and our strong expertise within life science M&A.
