Anders works primarily with mergers and acquisitions (M&A), company and commercial law, as well as capital markets regulation. Anders became a partner in 1994. He has previously served as Kromann Reumert's Managing Partner and is a former member of the firm's Board of Directors.
Anders is charged with managing the firm's engagement with a broad variety of clients – ranging from the largest financial businesses, listed groups, fund-owned media groups, private equity funds, partnership-owned consultancy companies and international IT businesses through to business angels. Anders has extensive experience in helping foreign businesses invest in Denmark. He has advised on transactions for all types of businesses and large property portfolios, and helped financial investors make alternative investments and set up alternative structures. He often chairs general meetings for listed companies.
As a legal advisor he combines considerable depth and breadth of expertise with a clear understanding of the commercial and strategic challenges involved in a case. Anders cuts to the core of issues and provides useful advice to clients that extends well beyond the legal aspects.
