Bent Kemplar advises primarily on mergers and acquisitions (M&A), commercial and company law, and stock exchange and capital markets law. Bent became a partner in 2009.
In connection with mergers and acquisitions, Bent advises Danish and foreign industrial clients, financial services companies and private equity funds on the sale and purchase of businesses, including in relation to auctions, capital raising and stock exchange law. Bent also advises owner-managers in connection with succession. He advises private, listed and state-owned companies as well as financial services companies on reorganisation, group restructuring, mergers and demergers, articles of association, capital structure, shareholders, and corporate governance.
Bent also handles general commercial law matters, including business and trade relations.
Bent appreciates the importance of adapting his advice to meet the needs of each individual client. He always focuses on working closely with clients to find legal solutions supporting their commercial objectives.
