Charlotte has worked in Kromann Reumert's insolvency and restructuring group since she joined us in 2011.
Here, she provides advice on restructurings, bankruptcies, business transfers, and general commercial law issues.
She has gained her extensive experience from working with banks and other financial creditors as well as failing businesses which she has assisted in both in-court and out-of-court proceedings involving actual and potential non-performing loans or cooperative relationships.
Charlotte reviews potentially voidable transactions to determine if the company's management or other advisers may be held liable for all or part of the company's loss.
From 2013 to 2014, Charlotte also worked in the real property practice group, which makes her an experienced real property and construction law adviser.
