Claus Juel Hansen works primarily with litigation and arbitration in commercial matters and employment and labour law matters. Claus became a partner in 1997 and was Managing Partner of Kromann Reumert from 2011 to 2013.


Claus has handled a number of significant cases before the civil courts and arbitration tribunals about complex commercial issues, directors and officers liability and professional liability, employment law as well as issues that arise when company law/M&A and employment law intersect. 

Internationally, Claus has widespread contacts and his assistance is often sought by international lawyers and businesses because he understands their special requirements. 

Claus places a strong emphasis on client needs, drawing on his considerable experience to deliver proactive and hands-on solutions – solutions which go beyond traditional legal assistance to ensure that each task is resolved to accommodate the individual client's business situation and requirements.
