Jan mainly specialises in it- and business process outsourcing as well as advising clients in relation to the procurement and services of technological infrastructure and the servicing thereof.


 Jan further works with IT-law in general, including systems acquisitions and licensing arrangements and has in this respect advised a great variety of clients. As part of Jan's work on outsourcing and cloud-based agreements, Jan has advised on the data protection issues related to such arrangements.

Jan has among other been involved in the outsourcing of IT-infrastructure operations, application development and maintenance in diverse industries, including pharma and financial services. Jan has advised on the build-out, operation and maintenance of mobile networks, the entering into of frame agreements regarding supply and servicing agreements for off- and near-shore wind turbines as well as train procurement and servicing.

Jan's experience with complex acquisitions and the maintenance thereof has given Jan a thorough understanding of what is essential for the client. Jan adopts a pragmatic approach to the procurement process which together with in-depths industry knowledge and specialization, including experience with relevant solution models, secures better results.
