Katherine Hensby joined Kromann Reumert in 2017 following a decade spent working in London for the Magic Circle law firm Clifford Chance LLP, and in Sydney for the major Australian law firm Herbert Smith Freehills.

During this period Katherine completed client secondments to a leading multi-national bank and a multi-national aeronautical corporation.


Katherine has extensive experience in international and cross-boarder transactions and has signifiant expertise across structured financing, capital markets, islamic financing and projects, representing trustees, agents and other institutions in a range of jurisdictions.

As an English qualified lawyer, Katherine provides English law support to a number of teams within Kromann Reumert and focuses on advising Danish businesses that transact internationally.


Katherine also serves as Kromann Reumert's Knowledge Champion within Banking and Finance. This means, among other things, that she is responsible for strengthening our internal knowledge sharing within this practice area.
