Kolja Staunstrup is a member of Kromann Reumert's Dispute Resolution team and is engaged almost solely in dispute resolution matters. 

Kolja has particular expertise in IP lawsuits, but during the past 10 years he has also been building up specialist expertise in complex litigation and arbitration. By way of example, Kolja has been conducting a large number of high-volume and high-profile court actions concerning management liability, consultant liability, M&A, contract law, law of damages, IT law, marketing law and trademark law, including some of the very largest actions for damages in Denmark lasting more than 50 court days.  

To be able to offer his clients the best possible specialist advice in disputes, Kolja focuses also on the judge's perspective in litigation and arbitration cases. Kolja was therefore acting judge of the Danish Eastern High Court for three months in 2011, and in 2015 he completed the certified arbitrator training programme. In addition, Kolja acts frequently as arbitrator. 
 
Kolja regularly gives lectures on e.g. efficient conduct of litigation and arbitration, presentation of correct evidence, consultant and management liability. In addition, he assists the Danish Bar and Law Society in preparing assignments for their fictive test trial.
