MADS HAS A PARTICULAR FOCUS ON BANKING AND FINANCE, FINANCIAL REGULATION AND MERGERS & ACQUISITIONS, AND ASSISTS THE FINANCIAL SECTOR WITH TRANSACTIONS AND A BROAD RANGE OF REGULATORY MATTERS
 

Mads has extensive experience with M&A and Corporate Commercial, and therefore, he also advises companies outside the financial sector, both industrial and institutional (e.g. private equity) and listed as well as unlisted parties, in relation to both domestic and cross-border transactions, mergers/demergers, restructuring, recapitalisation and drafting of a wide range of commercial contracts, including shareholders' agreements and joint venture agreements. Advising on corporate governance, financial assistance and managerial liability is among his specialist qualifications.

As a frequent lecturer at internal and external courses, seminars and masterclasses, Mads lectures regularly at 'Finanssektorens Uddannelsescenters Bestyrelsesuddannelse' (a board program for the financial sector in Denmark).
 
Mads is widely recognised for his ability to combine profound legal expertise with a commercial approach and efficient process management, keeping clients updated on an ongoing basis.
