Marianne Granhøj has specialised in employment and labour law for the past 23 years. She heads the employment practice at Kromann Reumert and became a partner in 2009.

Marianne has in-depth experience in advising financial businesses on the regulatory and collective agreement-based framework conditions applicable to this industry. Also, part of her day-to-day work is advice on the rules for listed companies and advice to company boards on the employment terms and salary/incentive schemes for executive officers.

Over the course of her career, Marianne has frequently handled litigation, dispute resolution and internal investigations, including a large number of cases before the ordinary courts as well as industrial and private arbitration proceedings. Marianne also regularly assists in negotiations concerning the executive management and key employees in connection with mergers and acquisitions as well as projects related to global mobility and immigration.

Marianne works extensively with foreign companies. She is passionate about her international work and is an active participant in several international organisations, including board-related tasks. Through her international work she has also been increasingly involved in CSR related issues for clients.
