Susanne Schjølin Larsen specialises in banking and finance law and financial regulation, focusing in particular on derivatives transactions within the financial and energy sectors. Susanne became a partner in 2006 and heads Kromann Reumert's Financial Regulation and Asset Management group.


Susanne advises financial and non-financial entities and institutions on derivatives and collateral arrangements, including standard master agreements such as the ISDA Master Agreement, the TBMA/ISMA Global Master Repurchase Agreement (repo agreements) and the EFET General Agreement, structured derivatives, derivatives clearing and other obligations under the European Market Infrastructure Regulation (EMIR). She also advises on other areas of the financial regulation and on REMIT. Furthermore, Susanne assists clients with acquisition and general corporate loan agreements.


After having worked with derivatives for many years and negotiated numerous repo and derivatives master agreements as well as clearing agreements, Susanne continues to closely follow international and local developments in the market and regulation of derivatives.
