Thomas advises on economic matters relating to competition law, including in particular cases concerning abuse of dominant position and merger cases. 

Thomas' assistance includes anything from minor analyses for use in preliminary assessments to large analyses in cases pending before regulatory authorities or courts of law. Such analyses may concern market definitions, prices, discounts, etc. 

 

In addition, Thomas has experience in handling cases concerning compliance with competition law, damages, calculation of overcharges, passing-on, etc.

 

Thomas has previously been employed with the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority for several years, working e.g. as a economic advisory partner on a number of the Authority's competition cases and assisting in the Authority's market analyses.
