As head of Kromann Reumert's Personal Data and Whistleblower Schemes practice group, Tina is engaged in the preparation and implementation of data protection initiatives and documents. This includes preparation of data protection policies, procedures, guidelines, and assessments in relation to GDPR-related obligations such as records of processing activities and data protection impact assessments, employee training, advice on matters related to customer profiling and location data, and assistance in communicating with the Danish Data Protection Agency.
Tina has considerable experience in advising employers on discrimination issues, dismissals in connection with restructurings, rationalizations or business closures, and on senior management issues.
She also advises Danish and international clients on mergers and acquisitions, stock exchange listings, and incentive programmes. She has in-depth knowledge of the employment and data protection law challenges faced by clients in various sectors.
