IPOs and share issues

We have Denmark's leading capital markets group within IPOs and share issues, drawing on strong experience from advising on some of the biggest capital transactions in Denmark in recent years. We also advise on foreign listings and emissions.

To meet financing needs, companies can consider a public listing or share issue to raise capital. Public listing may also be an exit possibility for private equity funds, or an option in connection with the reorganisation of a group of companies, in which a part of the business will be carved out for separate listing. Both IPOs and share issues involve complex processes and require thorough consideration of a range of legal aspects.

With our experience, we offer you quick and cost-effective identification of the key issues involved in each listing or issue. Also if shares are to be offered in a foreign country, which will complicate matters additionally.
