An investigation must be well-planned from the beginning, but should also allow for changes as the case develops, whether it is an internal investigation, an investigation by a lawyer, or an investigation running parallel with the authorities’ investigation.

We assist undertakings in connection with unannounced inspections (dawn raids) and other investigations by the authorities. Our services include on-site assistance during the inspection and subsequent dialogue with the competition authorities. We outline to the client how the case is best handled and closed - for instance by offering commitments, “clean-up” or compliance measures.

We have a solid track record in conducting internal audits and investigations and in representing both business and individual clients in criminal proceedings. We also assist in connection with the filing of leniency applications where strategy and timing are key.
