At Kromann Reumert, compliance means - first and foremostly - that companies have the appropriate and relevant measures in place to ensure compliance with relevant statutory rules and regulations. We have a particular focus on compliance obligations that, if violated, may result in lost business, large fines and potential management liability claims.
