IT disputes

IT permeates all aspects of modern-day society, and there is therefore a multitude of different IT contracts being concluded in the Danish business sectors every day. For example, many businesses will try to lower costs or support change processes via their IT department and therefore might want to outsource their IT functions. Frequently, however, IT outsourcing processes will lead to disputes between the outsourcing entity and the provider. At Kromann Reumert, we have conducted—and are conducting—cases involving hundreds of millions of Kroner for both outsourcing entities and providers.

For example, we represented a big international IT corporation in a Danish action involving hundreds of millions of Kroner against a Danish authority over the lawfulness of the cancellation of an IT contract.
