Professional liability and financial disputes

Questions of professional liability arise mainly in cases where a bankruptcy estate, an enterprise, a business owner and/or a third party bring a claim (for damages) against an adviser as a result of advice given or actions or omissions made by such adviser.

In the wake of the last financial crisis, we have gained exceptional experience in financial-sector advisory liability matters. We also represent Danish banks in cases concerning the regulation of payment cards, agreements for the sale or derivatives, and other disputes relating to financial institutions.

For example, we have represented and are still representing:
