Electricity supply

As a long-standing adviser to both small and large energy supply companies on regulatory matters, we have in-depth knowledge of the energy supply industry and the strict regulation of it. 

We represent energy supply companies and Dansk Energi, the lobby organisation of Danish energy companies, in cases before the Danish Energy Board of Appeal and the courts, including in cases of general public importance.

We also advise on energy law issues, i.a. on the implementation of new rules and the financial regulation of collective energy supply companies.
