Gas and water supply
The Energy Practice Group has extensive experience advising clients in the gas and water supply industry, including in regulatory and consumer matters.
We have been involved in the implementation of key amendments to the Danish Natural Gas Supply Act, including the rules governing the Danish State’s right and obligation to purchase distribution grids, and have assisted in connection with the transfer of gas transmission and distribution grids to the State.
Our team also assists private and municipal water supply companies in regulatory matters and in connection with the formation and merger of water supply companies, including waste water utilities.
