Heat supply

Our assistance to players in the heat supply sector includes advice on the planning and regulatory framework of heat supply.  We assist heat suppliers in connection with combination of supply areas, pricing, including the use of the substitution principle, and consumer matters and in disputes with the Danish Utility Regulator.

Our Energy Practice Group also provides advice on the development of new decentralised power generation capacity and changes to the zoning of areas as district heating or natural gas areas.
