EU competition, procurement and State aid law

We have assisted in high-profile cases in Denmark and before the European Commission and the European Courts and are experienced in handling cases involving cross-border activities. Our competition group also counts competition economists, who assist with expert advice in cases across the firm.

In cases involving State aid, we assist aid-granting authorities, aid-receiving entities and complainants in specific projects and in cases of a more general nature. In cases involving procurement law, we assist contracting authorities, tenderers and complainants, inter alia in cross-border infrastructure projects. We have also litigated disputes over fundamental procurement law principles at the European Court of Justice.

Our specialists often publish books and articles in relevant journals, and many of them make regular presentations at conferences in Denmark and abroad.
