We have extensive experience in representing public and private clients in cases before the General Court and the Court of Justice of the European Union.
Proceedings before the General Court and the Court of Justice can be extremely complicated, being based on extensive and distinctive rules of procedure.
We represent clients in direct actions against the EU institutions and are regularly involved in Danish lawsuits involving a preliminary reference to the European Courts in Luxembourg. Further, we are experienced in filing complaints with the European Commission within the various divisions of the directorates general.
