We litigate EU tax law disputes and disputes over VAT, duties and tariffs before the Danish courts and the European Court of Justice. We also represent Danish and foreign companies and individuals before the Danish National Tax Tribunal, in negotiations with the tax authorities and in complaint proceedings before the European Commission.
Our specialist lawyers share their knowledge of EU law issues by speaking at conferences, writing articles, and participating in the Tax Affairs Committee of the Danish Bar and Law Society and in the Danish Association of EU Tax Law, which was established in 2015 on the initiative of Kromann Reumert.
Our annual conference in Copenhagen on current EU tax law issue attracts guests from all over the world. Among the speakers are leading Danish and foreign practitioners, university people and decision-makers.
