Our Alternative Investment Funds practice group advises sponsors and managers on the formation of different types of alternative investment funds (direct funds, fund-of-funds, clubs, and feeder-funds across a wide range of strategies (buy-out, debt, infrastructure, energy, sustainability, and venture)). Rooted in our deep financial regulatory specialisation (in-cluding ESG) combined with a sound commercial understanding, seasoned experience in market standards, and interna-tional drafting skills, we aim to provide clients with dedicated full-service advice.
By regularly assisting many Danish institutional investors (pension funds, large corporates, family offices etc.) in commit-ting capital to domestic and international investment funds, we have broad insight into the demands and focus areas of institutional investors.
Our team is also experienced in assisting institutional clients with secondary transactions (bot LP-leds and GP-leds), GP stake transactions as well as co-investments with investment funds.
