The handling of issues related to personal insurance is a key discipline in insurance law, and Kromann Reumert has years of experience with the problems common to that discipline.

Our advice 

We primarily advise insurance clients, including in matters concerning:

• submission of incorrect risk information
• statute-barring
• whether conditions for insurance cover are satisfied; for example whether the injury has been caused by an accident, or whether the conditions for obtaining cover for loss of earning capacity are satisfied.

Furthermore, we assist insurance companies in developing insurance products.

We are fully aware of our responsibility when carrying out risk assessments in personal injury matters. It is our opinion that neither the injured parties nor our clients should have to go through unnecessary lawsuits. Lawsuits about personal insurance should only be conducted if they are absolutely necessary. If we assess that this is not the case, we assist the client in finding another solution.
