Sale and purchase of ships

We have considerable experience in advising on purchase and sale of ships, often assisting either the buyer, the seller or the bank/financing company in this type of transactions.

When selling or buying a ship, it is decisive that the transaction terms and conditions and the delivery mechanism do not give rise to any doubts during or after the transaction. We assist in all parts of the transaction, right from the drafting and negotiation of the Memorandum of Agreement (MoA) and other documents, to the planning and coordination of delivery/closing, participation in the delivery/closing meeting, registration/cancellation of mortgages, and in connection with any disputes that may arise between the parties.
