Klima-Energi A/S partners with Blue Equity
The owner of one of the leading Danish companies in the field of solar energy, Klima-Energi A/S, has sold 50 % of the shares in Klima-Energi to Blue Equity. We have advised the owner in connection with the sale.
Klima-Energi A/S sells, designs, installs, and services high-quality solar energy systems for both private and professional customers in Denmark.
The transaction is subject to approval by the Danish Competition and Consumer Authority.
