The owner of NXTMAP ApS, a Danish IT developer, sells 100% of its shares to TimePlan International ApS
The owner has sold all shares in NXTMAP ApS to TimePlan International ApS, which is ultimately owned by the private equity fund Main Capital. We have assisted the owner of NXTMAP ApS.
NXTMAP is a leading Danish developer of IT solutions for worktime registration, payroll systems, invoicing solutions, etc. The sale will strengthen TimePlan International ApS’ journey towards an exit. The owner of NXTMAP has reinvested a large part of the purchase price in TimePlan International's ultimate parent company.
