We have considerable experience in handling large as well as small cartel investigations and cases and have assisted in some of the largest multi-jurisdictional cartel cases involving both the EU, the USA and other countries. We have unique knowledge of the process in such cases, including the preparation of a defence.
A cartel investigation is extremely stressful for the parties involved - because of the uncertainty and because of the financial risks and potential adverse publicity that may result. We assist our clients in both EU and Danish cartel investigations and take responsibility for handling the process from A to Z.
We offer assistance both in connection with unannounced inspections (dawn raids), in the subsequent process and in the action for damages that may result from a cartel investigation.
We also assist in the filing of leniency applications and handling of any resulting criminal proceedings.
